Followed up with a phone call to ensure delivery of the plans. We discussed an HOA approval letter. Once I received the letter and contacted Mark, he set a schedule to meet with me at the worksite. He was accurate in his initial assessment of the scale and cost of my deck project. As well as the timeliness of the project from obtaining the permit, to inspections to completion of the deck project. He and his assistant never left the worksite in disarray.
